Minimal data. Explicit purposes.

Founder Delivery OS processes account, billing and project delivery data to provide the purchased product, secure it and maintain an auditable verification record.

Launch measurement

We record first-party events such as a product-path view, checkout start and confirmed payment. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site identifiers, session replay or device fingerprinting for this launch.

Separate records

Anonymous funnel events are stored separately from contractual records containing an email address and payment status. Payment completion is accepted only from the payment provider’s signed webhook.

Project evidence

Customer project content stays private to that customer. Cross-customer product learning should use aggregated or effectively anonymised verification characteristics—not raw project content or individual performance profiles. Additional model training or identifiable benchmarking requires a separate opt-in.

Retention and rights

Security and launch events are retained only as long as needed for their stated purpose. Billing records may be retained where legally required. Customers can request access, correction, export or deletion where applicable.

Before accepting live customers, add the operating company’s legal name, address, privacy contact, processors, exact retention periods and applicable supervisory authority.
